When Carmen’s clothes didn’t fit the same she realized that she needed to make a change to her diet. But it wasn’t just that her clothes didn’t fit she says. I really thought about my health too, being already 48 years old, I knew that I needed to do something about it.

She tried to cut back on calories by just eating fish, chicken, and salads, but she says, it didn’t work and I got tired of eating all the time the same stuff.

Carmen’s goal weight changed when she began to see results. Her first goal was to lose 20 lbs, however since it was so easy for me to keep with the diet I decided to stay longer and I lost 30 lbs, and I am still going because I want to lose another 8 lbs.

We asked Carmen what was the best thing about losing weight and she told us, I have a lot of energy now; I feel more self-confidence with myself.

Not only has she recommended the program to her friends but she also hopes to bring her husband to join her on weight loss journey.
