Ginnys life is busy and stressful and in the past she would use food as a way to escape from that stress. What she learned at ThinWorks is that life and stress do happen but you can learn to deal with it in a non-food related way.
I think that anybody who struggles with weight loss realizes at some point that you just have to do something if you want to get healthy; you absolutely have to act on it. I got to that point, and I realized that I couldn’t do this on my own, and I just needed to get healthier.
