Karla’s lack of energy and tiredness were the reasons she wanted to lose weight.  She says, I didn’t have the energy to do the things that I wanted to do.  She had tried different diets and programs before but nothing really worked for her.  A relative lost weight at ThinWorks and recommended that she call.

I was encouraged from the first week because I saw results coming off right away. As she continued with the program Karla realized that the program worked.  She says every week I was losing pounds even throughout the holidays.

With the advice of a Weight Loss Coach Karla learned that if you eat too many carbs your weight is not going to come off as easy. The coach would assist to modify the diet so you’re not always eating the same thing.

I never felt that I had I missed my ethnic food so I think that is the easiest part of the program that you can mix and match the foods so you can have what you want but also follow a program that is going to give you results.
